Charley Harper Hawk Mountain Circular Puzzle 500 - Piece
A lifelong artist and conservationist, Charley Harper expressed his deep appreciation of nature through his design, forming the groundbreaking “minimal realism” that would become his artistic hallmark. The image comes from a poster made for Pennsylvania and ten others for the National Park Service in the 1970s and '80s. Brett Harper wrote of his father: "I think he hoped that his art might nudge viewers to reflect and decide for themselves about issues such as biodiversity, sprawl, habitat loss, insecticide poinsoning, climate change... and so. Charley simply wanted human beings and animals to coexist."
