Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required (i.e. acknowledgement of order, store receipt), and refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. Refunds for cash transactions will be made in the form of a check.
There is no restocking fee and no return of final sale items.
In order to initiate a return, please contact the Design Store at 712.764.7001 and ask for the Design Store Manager.
E-commerce transactions: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
